Noctilucent kennels

Tumbling across my lands, I see. Not sure how you did it, I'd like to trust my guard dogs to not let weird things on my property, but oh well. I think it's safe to assume you're a dog person yourself and here for related reasons, I don't know why else someone would find themselves on my porch in the middle of nowhere... except for tax reasons, but there's nothing wrong with my taxes. Well, come and take a seat in my humble abode, I got some coffee.

Please take a moment to read about my policies regarding breeding and litter bidding.

About litters and studs

Most of my litters are bred for my own needs and purposes, not for achievements. If I have puppies available in these litters, they are not free of charge even if the minimum bid has been set to $0; I'm expecting you to bid at least the pet home sale price (visible in each litter's page). I usually choose the winning bid on the 5th day of the litter, and most often the highest bid wins, but sometimes other factors might affect the process.

My achievement litters are typically free of charge, but these litters will be clearly marketed as such. In these cases, please check the list of names and ID's in the litter's notes to see, if you've already gotten a free puppy from me during my current achievement tier. Even if you have, you can still bid for a puppy, but people outside of that list will be prioritized when accepting bids.

I automatically unlock males upon accepting breeding requests, but please note the time difference and send me a message if you want to make sure my male is available for you when you need it. I'm typically online between 3am and 5pm FP time. If you see a male, that is not up for breeding but you would like to use for breeding, send me a message. I usually allow it and my fees are pretty low. I won't give my males to females, who have already been bred 3 times.

I don't really do bid for bid, but you can always ask.

About Noctilucent

Noctilucent, as we know it, started in 2014 under the name of High5. Mudi breeder at first, my goal was just to breed pretty colors without giving much thought to the game mechanics. Towards the end of that same year, I bred my first Aidis and Anatolians with no goal in mind, and a decade later these are still my main breeds in the game.

Due to the constant breaks of inconsistent durations my breeding plans never really had a chance to properly kick off. My longest break was 7 years and ended in the late spring of 2023, and since then I've been consistently playing, trying to relearn everything and figuring out what I actually want to do. At the moment, my goal is to get my Aidis and Anatolians intelligence boosted with aptitude for obedience and with maskless, brindled, diluted and silver colors. I took Canaan Dogs as a side project in the summer of 2023 and with them I aim for stamina boosted flyball lines without masks or light undersides.

The name Noctilucent came to be in the late fall of 2023, when I just felt a need to separate my newfound ideas and aspirations for my new main breeds from the clueless playstyle and Mudi breeding from 10 years ago. Noctilucent is a Latin word and refers to noctilucent clouds.

About hcweasel

self portrait as a cat

In FP since 2007. Chronically confused potato living somewhere in Northern Europe. 90's kid stuck in her emo phase (it wasn't just a phase). Lover of bad memes and oddly specific things (such as filet-o-fish or ceramic chickens). Despite the pierced and tattooed appearance, inside I'm just vanilla soft serve. I avoid adrenaline and parties at all costs and enjoy my lonesome for weeks at a time gaming, crocheting or reading, occasionally indulging in anime and manga.
