WELCOME TO PYECOMBE KENNELS
Here I mainly breed flock guardians, pastoral breeds and sighthounds. My main focus is on Anatolian Shepherds, Australian Shepherds and Whippets, but I also have a number of other breeds. My main interest is breeding certain colours that I personally like, but I also try for good genetics and high levels.
Main Property
My main is reserved for herding and flock guardian breeds. For flock guardians I breed Anatolian Shepherds and Central Asian Shepherds. In my Anatolians I've been trying to breed dogs with only a cream or silver base coat and a mask. White markings and brindle preferred. For CAS I'm fine with most colours but prefer dogs with a mask and saddle. Roaning is also a bonus. Both breeds are ones I started from scratch using store dogs. Over time I have bought a few dogs from other players to diversify my lines a bit, but mostly they're all home bred.

For Aussies my favourite colours are chocolate, fawn and isabella. Tan points and roaning preferred. For both BCs and corgis most colours are fine but must have a mask and/or saddle. Both is ideal. With Mudi's I'm trying to breed any colour with white markings. Masks and points are a bonus. I've only just started up with Mudis and Rough Collies so it'll take a while to get good lines going. My terv lines go all the way back to dogs I had on BETA

Pyecombe Hunt Kennel
My second kennel is for hunting hounds and terriers. My primary focus is on sighthounds for coursing, specifically Greyhounds, Silken Windhounds and Whippets. For all three I like most colours but would eventually like to have only dogs with masks and white markings and to avoid light undersides. I also have a pack of English Foxhounds who hunt an artificial drag trail. As usual I like masks and saddles! I also have a few Bedlington, Manchester and Smooth Fox Terriers who are accomplished ratters. Back on BETA I bred the first ever 24HH Manchester Terriers but sadly don't have any remaining dogs from those lines.
Pyecombe Fields
This is mostly a training area with a small kennel for gundogs. These are just a side project with no real goals as of yet.
Pyecombe Meadows
This is also mainly a training area with a kennel of miscellaneous hunting and working breeds, plus sale dogs and locked elders being saved for breeding.
Pyecombe Woods
My diversifier dogs are banished to the woods. Aiming to complete all tiers of the diversifier achievement so this will be a long-term project.
Breeding And Sales
I put most male dogs up for stud around levels 40-50. I have a minimum breeding requirement of level 40. I rarely have females up for public breeding but may occasionally do so. Most dogs for sale are up for public sale. If a dog isn't listed for sale I will not sell it for any price. I occasionally have litter pups available and sell for around $50k-100k depending on the litter
