Ruff Beginnings

I am trying to get the over population down. When a dog comes into the shelter they are assigned a collar color which corresponds to how many days they will be up for sale. I buy dogs under for $1000 because this usually means that they are unwanted. Red:1 Yellow:2 White:3 Purple:4 Green:5 Blue:6 IF YOU WANT YOUR DOGS BACK DM ME AND I WILL GIVE THEM BACK NO QUESTIONS.
