Welcome to Iron River Kennel We strive to breed, raise, and train top quality champion purebred dogs. Here is what our breeding program consists of: Females are only bred 2 times before retirement, the first time being between 96-98 days depending on stud availability. That litter is then put up for sale. Second breeding is at 108-110 days and that is where 2 pups are generally selected to go back into our breeding program. Unless someone is very interested in a specific puppy. STUDS The stud dogs here must prove themselves worthy enough to breed our females. We open studs up for public breeding at level 30. Dogs bred to our females must be level 75 and up to ensure we are getting higher levels in the next generation. Each pairing is done to better the breed. Inbreeding: We do line breed and sometimes (rarely) inbreed Some may disagree with that but it's what is done here.
