About SumLK
Scarred Lives was founded in 2016, and was originally a large dog breed rescue. I specialized in Newfoundlands, but took in all large breed dogs. The new project, Summer Living, came from me seeing a Toller and falling in love with them. My Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever line has since been retired. Since their foundation, I’ve added the Nederlandse Kooikerhondje and the English Setter to the mix. My breeding went on hold for a while from the end of 2018 all the way through some of 2021, though, due to me not having much motivation for the game. I will still pause every once in a while during late summer and early fall for band responsibilities, but I’m always open for questions!
Note: if you ever end up with a dog of mine in any way and do not wish to keep it, you can always return them to me.

About Me
hey there! :) i’m just your not-so-local-teen in their senior year of high school. i’m in my high school’s marching and wind ensemble bands, playing alto sax and oboe, respectively. during the spring, i also participate in the district’s math and science team, and i try to convince others to join throughout the year. i’m agender and bi, simply put, and i’m always willing to make a friend. if you ever need any help, feel free to PM me. i may not be selling dogs at the moment, but i can always give guidance. please don’t randomly friend request me, though, i usually decline those. the quotes on my owner’s page are from IRL friends, or sometimes just things i hear that i think are funny. have a great day!

for those who wondered if life gets better: it does. it may take years. but it will. stick it out, and those who deserve to be in your life will too. i’m living proof that it’ll get better.
