Haven Kennels

Welcome to Haven Kennels [HK]. I am working with three lines in tandem right now, German Shepherds, Labradors, and Golden Retrievers. I am currently in the early process of locking in litter size, color variation (GSD), and boosts, but then I will begin the long process of raising quality and competing with them over generations. There will probably still be several other breeds running around the kennel. Such as, Border Collies, Dobermans, Greenland Dogs, Central Asian Shepherd, Koolies, etc. These are small project lines and not my main breeding goals. However, my ADD/ADHD knows no bounds, and I cannot resist buying the pretty doggies. I am also of course always working towards the diversifier achievements so there will be plenty of miscellaneous dogs about.

My ultimate goal is to produce top quality eventing dogs that consistently improve with each generation. With the German Shepherd line the event is Schutzhund, with an emphasis on the dog's intelligence. With the Retrievers the main end goal is multifunctional sporting dogs that excel in Field Trials, Dock Diving, and Frisbee, with an emphasis on strong charisma. I was originally aiming for two split retriever lines aiming for agility and stamina boosts, but I have decided to rework the two lines into a singular line that can do it all under the same boost. Currently our dogs run in several varying events, but in the future the focus will narrow to the aforementioned events.

Breeding

Studs for Public Use: I know there's nothing more frustrating than trying to find that one dog with the right genotype to break through with your lines. Therefore, I do offer all my Gen 1 studs (under 100) to the public for breeding at the price of $1,000 per breeding. If there is a stud you're interested in that is not currently marked for breeding, message me. Include in the message the stud you're interested in and the link to the female you propose. There is no minimal breeding level, however please make sure your female is fully cared for before you request a breeding. Brush your dang dog and feed it before trying to breed it! Lol

My Breeding Goals: Females of my lines are preferably only bred twice in their lives. Males may be bred more than twice, especially if they are public studs. Each breeding is carefully planned to ensure the best possible quality. Each pair is bred with several end goals in mind.

Sales

I have a lot of dogs for sale right now as I rework my kennel and establish new lines and projects. I try to keep prices fair with what I paid for dogs and the items I've put into them. Many of the sales dogs are awesome dogs, they're just not quite what I'm looking for in my projects. I could retire them to clear kennel space quickly, but I hope that they can be the perfect fit for someone else's projects. Sale dogs are often trained and competed with right alongside my other dogs so that they level up and will be better for breeding. The exception to this is dogs older than 90 or sometimes fresh imports that are locked and left as is for their new owner to choose their future.

Prices generally start at $5000 for untouched imports, $7500 once I've equipped them and started training, and can range from $8500-$15000 depending on training and level. They get cared for every single day to maximize their levels. I don't leave my dogs unlocked if I wont be online daily. So rest assured. Take a look around the Sales Kennel you may find a fun new prospect or eventing buddy.
