Lochside Kennels

Prone to unexpected hiatuses. RL UK vet student. Aged between 18-21. Family owns, works and breeds gundogs, hence my own preferences for yellow labradors. Active in the Hunting Casso (since the retrievers have died a death) but unlikely to take leadership. Once my labradors are on the right path (i.e. a generation or two in, YELLOW and can stand up to scrutiny) I may go electioneering for retrievers, since that casso seems to be a bit of a car crash.

I AM ALWAYS HAPPY TO BUY BACK LOCHK PROGENY!!! I'd rather know I had my breeding plan under control and in my hands or the hands of others than to have them bred indiscriminately and bring my name down. I will pay the base rate of £5000 for poorly bred individuals, including those with a low multiplicity, poor genetics or sprawling messy lineages. I will pay £7500 for good first gens or second gens. For exceptional puppies from my lines you wish to get rid of, PM me to negotiate.

Lochside Lundehunds: name schemes based on salmon rivers! Females will carry names based on Norwegian and Icelandic rivers, males will carry names based on Russian, Canadian and Scottish rivers.

Lochside Labradors: not much of an aim for this except the obvious. Age them up. Raise them right. Breed them good. Make a name for the LochK affix. Only thing different is I want them ALL yellow. I couldn't get any yellow starters. Instead I got my Bella, Cass and Wings, but for one generation only!

BB: breed boosts for my cassos. Raikkonen Jäätyä and Nk Si Ngein Thi Duray currently the only ones here for hunting, and Oibr Uisce Alainn for retreivers, but I'll raise 'em right, then stud them for free. Keeping one breeding for myself. Just before retirement, when I've got them levelled up nice and high, I'll breed them once, keep one pup, raise it right, and stud it for free etc, etc. LochK affix, as always.

Other: I also hope to begin breeding a team of flushers, pointers and/or setters for my team. Unfortunately, I don't have much of an affinity with any of the available breeds. ESS and CS I like, but only in their working forms. So if anyone has any suggestions I'm willing to hear it!
