About our West Siberian Laikas
|
The inspiration behind our quality lines started when I was searching for a dog that had more of a husky like appearance, but just more regal looking. I came across a kennel of West Siberian Laikas, I instantly fell in love with the breed. I started breeding them and found out how hard it was to find a high quality, reasonably priced Laika for sale.

About Deer Hoof Kennels

Deer Hoof Kennels breeds quality dogs for showing purposes. We breed Shetland Sheepdogs, Miniature Schnauzers, West Siberian Laikas, and Rare Border Collies. We mainly specialize in Shetland Sheepdogs.
Kennel History
I started out on Furry Paws breeding quality Shetland Sheepdogs in 2011 (on a different account). You might remember and account called "dogchick3000". The kennel was small but our Shelties had high quality. After a few months playing it I stopped. Then in 2012 I came back and started a rescue on this account. Many of the dogs you will see in my memory garden are rescue dogs and companions. After the merge I bred a few other breeds that I seemed to have little or no interest in over time. Then I went back to Shelties an a few other breeds for more diversity.

-stud/bitch must be at least level 20 for low quality stats(4 good), and level 10 for high quality stats (4 excellent)
-all of your dogs must be cared for
-rare border collies ONLY when breeding
-i prefer the dog to be all excellent.
-NO FAIRS

About our Shetland Sheepdogs
|
Our Shetland Sheedogs are our kennels best breed. They are very high quality and perfect for showing. We always have them for sale so make sure to stop by to pick up one of these beauties :)

About our Miniature Schnauzers
|
Miniature Schnauzers are a valued breed of ours due to the lack of them on FP. I started breeding them because I never see them around anymore and it would be nice to have more of the breed around.

About our Rare Border Collies
|
We breed rare colored BCs for color purposes only. We try to mostly get interesting pleasing colors in our dogs instead of quality. We still try to incorporate quality and good showing abilities into the breed.
Ordering a custom BC
We are able to create a custom BC for you, meaning we can make one with colors and markings that you want. It might take us a while to create a perfect BC beauty for you
here are the steps to ordering your custom colored BC:
Step 1) I don't accept all requests, so you will have a better chance of getting one if you order a week or two in advance.
Step 2) When ordering please tell me IN DEPTH what you want in the dog. Such as what genetics do you want in it.
Step 3) After you send it keep these things it mind: I might decline your request. You have to accept this dog being either gender. You must know that this might take a while
Step 4) If I accept your order, it could take a verrryyyy long time to complete. So I will keep you posted.
Step 5) When I am done, the total cost is 200k + an extra fee of 2,000 if you want it to come with supplies.
